3 Months Warranty comes with all products sold.We don't exchange or refund for Change of mind.

All Purchases come with a tracking number once posted,after tracking number is given all responsibility for the item is then of the postal company. 

Returns Policy- Returns will only be accepted on faulty products,after contact by email is made and arrangements in place with management at following email address - casshieswagga@yahoo.com 

All returns will then be tested and Store Credit given if found unrepairable.

Terms

3 months Warranty is given on all products unless stated or on consignment.
STORE CREDIT will be issued if product is deemed unrepairable, store credit can be used at any point in time on anything instore besides pawn loans and interest . There will be no refunds or store credit on items altered, misused, neglected or where the wrong fuel /oil has been put into item ,these void all warranty. Batteries are not covered in any warranty. No warranty for lost precious stones from jewellery.

NO CASH refunds are given at all.

STORE CREDIT is not given on CLEARANCE ITEMS as no warranty is given on these sold as is items. Batteries are not covered under any warranty.

All customers must be 18 years and over to use all of our services including purchasing. Creating an Account with us indicates you are of at least 18 years of age.

Any Gold or Precious items being sent to Casshies Pty Ltd for a quote must be organised prior to being sent by emailing  casshieswagga@yahoo.com  where further instructions will be given .All items being sent must be insured by and at the expense of the customer.

All Records of items Pawned and Sold to us,are sent to Police daily under strick  NSW Government Regulations.No exceptions will be made or given.
